3 large Idaho potatoes, washed and sliced very thin
1 T butter
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded gorse cheese
Procedure:
Run the butter and the garlic on all sides of an oval gratin dish or 9x12 pyrex baking dish.Layer the potato slices.Pour over cream and top with cheese.Bake at 375* for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
